**PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION:**

The Pureflow Low Vacuum Dehydration machine draws in contaminated oil using a 600 millibar vacuum. The oil is heated to an optimal 66°C-70°C by a low-watt density heater. It then moves into a distillation column where vacuum and dispersal elements increase its surface area, turning water into vapor. The vapor is extracted by the vacuum pump via the condenser. Dehydrated oil collects at the column's base and is pumped out by a heavy-duty lube oil pump, which then filters out particulates. Clean oil then flows back to the reservoir and system.
