- Pureflow Filter Cartridge:

Pureflow filter cartridges, introduced  a decade  ago to extend oil change intervals, are now widely used for ultrafine cleaning of machine oils. Made from tightly wound coniferous long-fiber wood pulp, these cartridges are designed for hydraulic, synthetic, gear, lube oils, and diesel fluids. The long fibers absorb moisture, and the coiled structure enables multi-layer depth filtration, capturing contaminants down to <1 micron absolute.

Through absorption and adsorption, Pureflow cartridges effectively remove water, carbon, wear metals, and silicon from oils. This not only prolongs oil life but also preserves vital additives like dispersants and oxidation inhibitors. The filters achieve NAS 12 cleanliness after one pass and NAS 6 after subsequent passes, keeping oils cleaner than most new ones. By removing moisture, the filters prevent acid formation, reducing oil degradation and enhancing machine reliability.
